If you receive a prescription for medication through Phoenix, you can rest assured that they are safe to use. All medications offered by Phoenix have been approved by Health Canada for the intended use and are the same medications that are prescribed by pharmacies across Canada. Additionally, your prescription is fulfilled by and your medication shipped from a registered Canadian pharmacy.

Who are Phoenix physicians?

All care providers on the Phoenix platform are licensed Canadian physicians that are qualified to prescribe the medications offered. The Phoenix physician you speak to will depend on which province you live in, as Phoenix only matches patients with physicians that are licensed under the College of Physicians and Surgeons of their province.

Phoenix is certified by LegitScript

The LegitScript certificate (pictured on the left of our site footer) indicates that a company has undergone in-depth evaluation and monitoring to ensure that it’s service can be trusted. Platforms must demonstrate the utmost commitment to maintaining high quality care for patients before a LegitScript certificate is issued.
