What if the medication doesn't feel right for me?
Message your provider. They can adjust your dose, suggest tips for side effects, or switch medications. Your plan should feel manageable.
What should I do if I am experiencing a side effect?
If you believe you have a medical emergency, please contact 911 immediately.If you're experiencing a side effect that is not an emergency, stop taking the medication and message your prescribing physician. They will recommend an appropriate course of action. Alternatively, email support@phoenix.ca.

Can I cancel my order at any time?
