Phoenix is an online healthcare service. You complete a private online health assessment, which is reviewed by a licensed Canadian healthcare provider authorized to provide care in your province.
Can I get a prescription online through Phoenix?
A licensed Canadian healthcare provider reviews your assessment and may prescribe medication if clinically appropriate. A prescription is not guaranteed.
Does Phoenix offer discreet delivery across Canada?
Eligible prescribed medication orders can be delivered discreetly to supported addresses. Delivery availability and timing depend on your province, medication, and shipping conditions.
Can I use Phoenix while travelling between provinces?
Your eligibility for online care depends on where you are physically located when receiving care and the healthcare provider’s provincial authorization. Contact Phoenix Support if you are travelling.
Is Phoenix Labs available outside Ontario?
Phoenix Labs is currently offered to eligible adults in Ontario. Other Phoenix online healthcare services are available in additional supported provinces.
How much does the online health assessment cost?
The online health assessment is always free. Follow-up consultations cost between $40 and $50 each. For new patients, the fee for the first follow-up consultation is waived with their initial weight-loss order. Medication costs are separate.
